The process

How custom rings work

Most custom rings take approximately 4–6 weeks, start to finish. Here’s exactly what happens at each stage.

A simple, guided process.

You’ll see the stone options, total quote, and 3D design before anything goes into production — no surprises along the way.

01

Share your idea

Send inspiration photos and whatever details you know: stone shape, ring size, metal, budget, and desired completion date. If you only have a vague sense of what you want, that’s a completely normal place to start — we’ll narrow it down together from there.

02

Compare stones and approve the quote

I’ll source stone options that fit your priorities — shape, size, budget, and lab-grown or natural — and provide clear, itemized pricing for the stone and setting so you know exactly what you’re approving before we move forward.

03

Review the 3D design

You’ll receive CAD renderings of your ring from multiple angles. This is your chance to adjust proportions, band width, prong style, or any other detail before production starts — revisions happen here, not after casting.

04

Production and delivery

Once you approve the design, your ring is cast, set, finished, and inspected by hand. From there it’s prepared for local pickup or shipped securely and insured, with tracking the whole way.

Working toward a specific proposal date? Include it in your first message so I can confirm the timeline works.
